I am currently doing a research paper on the "Code of Ethics for Firefighting". The only bad thing is I can't seem to locate any. So what my question is: Does anyone know where I can locate the "Codes"?
Or does anyone have any to share? Please help...
Thanks in advance for those willing to help.

Each dept has it's own set of rules and codes. I am from Canada and the way things are done up here varies drastically from one dept to another, even as far as ethics goes. You might want to contact the department in Arkansas that is close to you, or try the AFA. If nothing else most city websites have contact info for the local departments, that will list dept personnel that might be able to help you.
