damaged April issue [Archive] - Firehouse Forums

got my April issue in the mail but the mailman was kind enough to have the covers ripped and damaged. Any way I could receive a new one.
where do I call or email to see if I can get a new one.

Must have been a poor batch. My magazine came with the cover nearly coming off. The binding was poor and the staples were ripping the cover.

Just got mine yesterday and the cover was almost falling off. :mad:
Don't know if it was careless mailman or not.

At least I got it.:p

You know my April issue was also ripped and the cover was coming
off. Let's see this many careless mailman? I think not.

When it took unitl the end of the month to get my issue and i asked about that I always got a response, But when I asked about the damaged issue I have yet to receive any type of response. Dosen't look like I'll get one here either.

I have to withdraw my earlier comment, as I have finally heard an answer. They will be sending me a new issue and I should recieve it in 7-10 days.

Hmm,If I Can Go About Getting Another Issue I Will.When I Got Mine.The Cover Is Falling Off,I Mean Badly.I Havn't Even Read It Because I Don't Want To Damage It Even More.Hopfully I'll Still Get One Because I Didn't Know We Could Get Another.Hope It's Not Too Late ;)
