Ok.. so basically the "You make the call" answers are by poll only.. so how do we know the correct technique?:eek:

Once I see that a good number of "members" have participated in a poll for any of the "You Make the Call" scenarios, I'll post replys to questions asked.

There really are no right answers to the scenario but definitely some actions are better than others.

If at any time you have a question about one of the scenarios, start a new thread. I'll reply directly to your question at that time. In addition, by posting, others will get involved in the process. They may even have the same question as you, so they'll benefit from your posting the question first.
