What is in your lockout/tagout kit on the rescue truck?:D

Several padlocks, 3 feet of chain, valve handle lockouts, lockout hasps (multi-hole), "DO NOT OPERATE" tags (labeled with our department name & phone number), plug-end lockout, tie-wraps (wire ties). We also have "OUT OF SERVICE" stickers - we made these up on removable laser labels, and use them on things like elevator call buttons when we shut down a malfunctioning elevator in a residential building.

I like the idea about the labels. I'm going to have our team equipment manager print some up in the morning. Thanks for the idea.
