I realize that the lifeblood of the magazine industry is advertising, but I think that you guys dropped the ball badly on the April 9/11 issue. Not only were there the usual excessive amount of ads in the magazine, but that middle insert of advertising of "fire service terrorist related equipment" was an insult. For once, you could havekept the advertising to a minimum and made more of an effort to dedicate the issue to the FDNY and those who died, you could have sold ten times the copies you printed. This is why I stopped subscribing, because this has become more of an adbook, and less of a magazine dedicated to the fire service.
