when do we get the money

once we recive notice from fema when do we see the money has anyone got the money yet or am i rushing things

The last information that I saw was that after your dept. is awarded a grant, it will take up to 3 weeks to distribute the funds to your account. I read this in an article (I can't remember where exactly) but that was quite some time ago. It may have changed since then, but if someone knows differently I would also be interested in knowing.
