Need some help

We are looking into purchasing tools for lite rescue (combo tool & rams). Due to a tight budget we really have to sell this to the fire company. I am looking for any documented information on use of rescue tools for anything other than vehicle extrication. We would like to put this information into a packet for a presentation to the fire company. Any help would be great.

battery unit about 34lbs.My department has some of their
