This is true...I should be more specific.

Most of what I've seen address the issue after the fact, reporting incidents as they have happened. I and others wish to see the experts provide opinions, thoughts and preventative tactics we can use to abolish the issue. I hope to see more proactive articles, commentary, etc...rather than reactive.
