Fighting Fire Down Under

I have 2 seasons with the Forest Sevice in Nevada and I love fighting fire. I would like to go down under in my off season (Nov-Apr) and fight fire. Does any one have any info or contacts for me?

it all depends weather you want to be paid to do it or not as the majority of the wildland ff's are vollies in most states and the paid jobs are few and far between
