Warning Lights and Siren Laws In Indiana?

I found a nice site that gives warning light laws for most of the US and a few other countries, but I have yet to find anything on siren laws, along with headlight and tail light flashers for firefighters in Indiana. If anyone has any information on those 3 subjects please post here. Below is the site I mentioned earlier on the light laws.
