Confined Space Training Outline

I am looking for a class outline for confined space training. My department is trying to put together a quality training program for our members as well as the surrounding area departments that would interact with us. If you can be of assistance, it would be gratly appreciated. Thank You in advance,

What level training does your department currently have?

What expectations do you have for neighboring departments?

The reason I ask is it sounds like you may need more than 1 outline to accomplish your goals. You should have a very beefy operations level or technician level program for your department. If your department is THE ConSpace team for the area and other departments will be calling you in for mutual aid, your training expectations for these neighboring departments should be centered around establishing a safe scene and not adding to the body count. If you are expecting them to function as a rescue team, that changes everything.
