I am sure that you can expect to see about 25% of shared revenue disappear in 2004. What is your guess?

O.K., note to self..Don't look for jobs in Wi, IL, and Mn is totaly broke. HHMMM..How about Iowa?

I don't think Gov. Doyle will cut firefighters or police budgets. He has always stood behind emergency services unlike that knob McCallum. Doyle has already cut 250 jobs in the Department of Corrections that were "pork." All 250 were in Dane County and there isn't even a prison in Dane County. He is making sensible cuts where he can and it sounds like effects of emergency services will be ok. In the City of Eau Claire(work as full time dispatcher) it sounds like parks and forest will take cuts before fire and police. Stay tuned, it could get ugly.
