Standard Fitness standard for station

Hi,

I'm attempting to put together a set of standard fitness guidelines for my country station. I was wondering if anyone has something of this nature in place who wouldn't mind sending me an electronic copy to cross reference. This would facilitate creating one for us based on something others have proof tested. No sense re-inventing the wheel. I know some of you permanent stations must have this in place and know what works.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

phazmat, would you mind sending me that too? by the way, what's the size of your city? I'm just curious if cities of about the same size have similar fitness requirements. I just started in a city of about 40,000.
