PT Testing

I am the new Training Officer for my department. Our Chief is wanting to develop a new in-service PT test to be taken every 6 months. He is wants this test to be very job related in it's makeup. I am looking for input of test that are already in use. If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate the help. Thanks!

Check out our city web site at www.ci.rowlett.tx.us and click on Fire-Rescue. Click on employment opportunities. The specifics of the test are under Job Task Simulation test. All members are required to take and pass the JTS once a year. The chiefs have exempted themselves from taking it. There is one time limit for all members taking it. There are no time limit modifications for age. It is the same test given to applicants.:mad:
