We were just talking about this the other night. No runs in 7 days for Station 1.

I go out of town last week and two people drive through buildings in two days,(got some pics of one and updated northwoodfire.com) come home and all is quiet.

Haven't been on much lately since work put the smack down on the forums. How's everyone doing?

We have been very, very slow for the last couple of months.

Without airing too much dirty laundry, I think it's really affected our morale and it seems like there's been an increase in nit-picking and sniping amongst the members and between the firemen and officers, etc.

Does anybody see the same pattern in their own departments when things are slow?

I also agree Moe, and all it usually takes is one person to start the S**T storm.........I do like it when we are much busier.

No, the smart filte thingy won't let me get to the forums. It considers it chat and blocks it out. Just happened to have my lap top tonight and used a dial-up line to conect.

We've run exactly one call this month. Yep: ONE. It will break loose tonight, though. Nine of us are leaving for a fire school that runs through Sunday. Hang on.....

We had the same thing about a month ago, we were averaging 1 call a shift:eek: . Very slow compared to our 5-7 average. Then it hit the fan with 6 calls in 45minutes.
