How do I get my MI medical license?

I found out today I passed my NR test for MFR.

So, now how do I obtain my state license?

The instructor wasn’t much help since I needed to take my test somewhere else than what he wanted.

Now that you have passed your National Registry exam, your license should be sent to you by the State of Michigan in a few weeks.

I know you have to send money to both NR and MI. I thought you had to send a copy of your NR to MI to get the state license. Try going to SWM Systems (http://www.swmsystemsinc.org) and see if they can help you.
