Mrs. Harve is enjoying the Olympics on TV, The damn hurricane is exiting up the East Coast, All is Quiet tonight at 18 Hook and Hose, and I'm wondering about a Firefighter's Olympic Competition. Here's a List of possible events:
1. Smoothbore/Combination Nozzle Debating.
2. Guiness Drinking.
3. Whacker Roasting.
4. Pay Scale Comparision Whining.
5. Helment Design and Construction.
Tupperware Division
Leather Division
6. Lightbar Installation on Toyota Corollas

Anyone else care to contribute a few more?? :D :D :D

The career guys should be ineligible because of thier professional status. The Olympics is an amatuer competition (bastardized b-ball and hockey aside). Volleys Rule! :D

Also, my preferred event would be the political triple jump (Officer's only). First you have to hop over the nosey mayor on the way to your apparatus, then skip past the council before they take your equipment, then jump over the district administrator when he tries to give you the bill for the water you used. :D
