I guess when I burn a pile of limbs and release smoke that forms a cloud, he owns that too. Just think guys, at your next working fire, you can sue the guy for polluting the atmosphere, because it was HIS cloud of toxic smoke floating around up there. You can even sue him if you suffer from smoke inhalation.
