Hiya,

I will be getting my EMT-B certificate in the early summertime.. I'm looking for a fun type of EMT job. Maybe working at a sports arena, or a concert venue.. But I can't seem to find any info on anything like that in the SJ area. Maybe no one is hiring, but I figured I'd throw a line out here to see if anyone had any ideas? Thanks!

Anyone? I searched for info on the Tweeter Center in Camden but I haven't come up with too much.

That is something I would really be interested in, what company does all that? Any other companies I should look out for?

MONOC covers the seasonal events at the PNC Arts Center in Holmdel. They have also covered Maxim's party at the Borgata this past summer and the concerts at Six Flags. You can try contacting them for that.

You may want to secure a State of New Jersey Gaming License and consider becoming an EMT in one of the Casinos.

I worked for one of them about 10-12 years ago as a Security Officer and Part of the Security Department had an EMS Division. These people roamed the Casino and the Hotels and were 1st. due response to all medical emergency calls on the property.

License is a bit pricy....Gaming in NJ is about $300 - $350 I think but the Casinos are a great employer.....If I wasn't already a Career Firefighter / EMT I would consider going back in a heart beat.
