Texas VFD's- Harris County

I saw a website for the Cy-Fair Volunteer Fire Department in Harris County Texas and had some questions...

Are all 11 of those firehouses manned with Volunteers?
Do they have Paid Staff at any hours?
Do the Volunteers Provide EMS Services?
Are they busy? I imagine being outside of Houston, they see their share of work.

If these guys are down there doing it with 11 stations, I think the Volunteers of P.G. have met their match!...LOL

Is the Ponderosa VFD a strong organization as well?

Cannot answer the question about Cy-Fair, but I know that Ponderosa is a very strong organization. They are very busy and are able to retain their membership without any problems.
