Liquor Stores in area

Hi,
New to dept. with several liquor stores in the area. Was looking at performing fire inspections and having a prefire plan for each one. Was wondering if someone could give me an example of one of theirs so that I don't have to "reinvent the wheel". Small dept. in small city (town) in east Texas. :rolleyes:

Liquor stores not all that hazardous...liquor...if it catches on fire, will extinguish easily with a hose line...assuming that you have a water supply. There is a trend to put liquor in plastic bottles, which might make it a little more interesting, but remember, even Bacardi 151 (75.5 % etoh) only has a flashpoint of 68 degrees F. Most liquors are well above that.
