I got the error message. Hit Ok and retype your password. By doing that I gained access.

It must be back up and ruuning. I just signed on.
The original error message has you hit OK. Brings you back to your log in. Retype your password and send. I did this previously and got in.

I am the administrator to our grant and when I tried logging in I was told that my credentials were wrong or had expired. Anyone know how this could happen? I tried so many times that I exceeded the amount of tries allowed. I went to a different computer and tried again and still the same thing.

Probably either server maintenance or they're updating something. No reason to panic, they won't lose all your awards and send them to me. ;)

I just tried as well with no luck of getting in. Maybe they are adding the 1199a link to my application :) Doesn't hurt to wish...

remember this is a fema site! Could be extremely busy with the Catastrophy going on in the USA! Just a thought!

Site's back up, but craig brings up something i've wondered the past few days. Does a disaster of this magnitude slow down the admin functions of FEMA/ODP? Or are these folks in the grant area kind of isolated from incident response?? Wasn't quite sure how to phrase a search in the Forums.

. . . you think I shouldn't be concerned? Did you all get the same message I got? To be honest, it's scared me to death. Maybe they are sending out rejection e-mails :( Thanks for the positive feedback anyways.

I know I tried to call one of the DHS offices yesterday and the offices were very busy due to the Hurricane. They are under more stress and duress during a Catastophe and disaster such as this. Perhaps they are just updating everything. I know I went to one of my FD's on Wednesday and was helping them answer their Q's and update profile, etc etc...and the mail was not going anywhere. So, maybe there has been some problems on their end.
Good Luck!

Still down for me...I had the login problems yesterday also; just kept trying and finally got through. Everything worked this morning but is down now. I suspect that their bandwidth is exhausted by Katrina work.

They've posted a message now on the site saying basically that due to Katrina thier servers are using thier full bandwith and you should expect difficulties in logging on and accessing information.
