After testing around for a couple years I have been hired onto a career dept. After working with this dept. for some time I feel that it is not the right place for me for a number of reasons and am thinking about testing around again. My question is, would it look bad to a different fire dept. to be testing and interviewing with them after not being with my current department for that long? Thanks.
