what can be done about someone who is on the fire dept. and is using his lights and siren to harrass people, besides making our fire dept look like a joke?

Report it to your officer. He can also go to jail for this.

While doing the above,treat him like an outcast so he'll get used to it.
Maybe he'll learn or he'll go through his life wondering why he only knows a**bags that don't treat him nicely.

Why is this in this forum?
Secondly keep a record of incidents and report it to the Chief of his dept., if this does no good go to the PD. For some reason this subject is a pet peeve of mine, whem people abuse the lights it gives a bad appearance and than civies will eventualy not get out of the way for the real emergencies. It may all be in my head, but it sure does **** me off.
