Need hel and views on what other departments have as far as a SOG on high angel rescue or even rope rescue. Our department is trying to get up to date as fas as high angel, and this would be a great help if anyone can help us.

It all depends... do you know what exactly the angels got high on? Apparently it is affecting their flying ability, as ropes may be needed. Check to see if their haloes are dull, because that's a sure sign of...

Sorry, couldn't resist. The word you want is "angle".

I'm sure you have the definition of Vertical rescue VS slope evacuation. Vertical, you and the victim are supported by the rope where slope you need the rope for support fall protection.
Rope tech only on line in a vertical rescue. Rope ops fine for slope (NFPA 1670)
Most of the rest are guidelines like try for a BFR or bombproof anchor. Watch the angles on directional pulleys, etc.
Any questions don't hesitate to ask

If you don't have enough knowledge and experience to write a set of SOPs, then you can't get them secondhand. You need professional training. With that training, you can also perhaps get consultation for a set of SOPs specific to your agency's needs, abilities, and equipment.
