Hello all hope everyone is doing great. I haven't writen in awhile been gone. Just a few questions for any one and maybe it will help all. My Dept is in need of some portable radios, MDT moblie data terminals), haz-mat equipment, AEDs, Water rescue gear and a few more some end items. The question is does anyone have any where I can write for any of these. All help would be great. I'm still building on it with the state by state breakdown on funding, but if you wander over to www.firegraphics.org under the Grants Home there is an Available Programs link with most of the major funding sources listed. If you are in an SBC (AT&T?) area MDTs are possible under their eXcelerator program. If you're classified as rural USDA Rural development will fund a lot of things. US DOT also has HazMat programs/funding/free training available depending on what level of equipment you're looking for. The AEDs For Life is one of the links for funding AEDs, I can't find the others right now but they're in that other thread that was active here not too long ago.

Hazmat Emergency Preparedness Program. There is another one but I don't have it on me right now, I have to hit up the contact I have for the info. That's the one that supplies equipment.
