Price Changes Since Aps Were Submitted

Is there any contingency for increases in prices since we submtted our AFG applications back in early spring? Some of the price quotes we received are no longer valid. Anyone else running into this?

Only contingency is to add more local money to it to make it happen. There's no decreasing quantity to buy more expensive stuff. Hence the reason msot of us advocate adding at least 3% to any quotes to cover increases, especially since the awards will span calendar year. Jan 1 is a popular day to increase prices for the manufacturers.
