we need ideas on how to recruit more people to join the fire department
are area that we cuver is only about 400 miles wied so if you have any ideas we can use the help!

Sad you have to try and recruit firefighters! I am trying to get on with a department here in Utah (wildland, volunteer, part time full time) and am having hard time. I just completed EMT Basic Training and currently going through FFI, FFII, Hazmat Ops and Awareness, and CDL. Best of luck to you.
