MN Career Depts

Could someone give me a list of career departments in MN? I'm currently a career Firefighter/EMT-B in VA and will be moving back to MN in the next couple years. I would like to start testing for departments so I dont have to start when I get up there.

Second question- I know my VA fire certifications will not tranfer up there so I will have to retake my countless hours of classes. Does MN have a web site similar to this one www.vafire.com where I can search for classes I can take or do I have to go thru a community college to take classes? Does MN except Pro Board certifications?

Any help would be great and if anyone can think of anything else that would help me out I would appreciate it!!!!

South Metro Fire - South St. Paul and West St. Paul

Many of these departments are combination.
Most have around 20 or so Fulltimers
