I am looking for pictures, actual rescues, etc. of industrial accidents. I am looking for entrapments (in rollers, etc.) and pinnings (ie.in-between or under things). If anyone has any or can point me in the right direction. Thanks.

Good point. Didn't think about that. I am trying to do an in-house class for my department. Most of the guys/gals have never seen this type incident before, only heard. I thought that seeing would help. We have one large commercial plant in our district and the possibility is there for this to happen. Thanks.

Consider Talking with representivies of the plant. They will probably be glad to take you on a tour, and show some spaces and hazards.

Why dont you go down there for a company tour? Talk about what could and can't happen. Having people show you pics of these incidents is'nt going to help your situation if it's not stuff in your district right? I'm not saying it wont get people thinking but what good wil it do if it's not in your area?
