Step by Step Rescue Knot?

I'm wondering if anyone has step by step directions or can point me to a website for the FF rescue knot (a bowline on a bight looped around the legs, then a half hitch around chest and a bowline tie-off). It's on pg. 98 of ISFTA Rescue (6th ed.). Thanks
