Confined Space Rescue Equipment

I have some left over money in our rope budget thsi year ... so the decision was made to purchase our confined space rescue gear. Currently we do not have a team, not enough of us trained to that level, but people are going to training 1st quarter next year. Those of us currently trained took a 1 week class, about 2 months ago.

From you experts out there, what equipment do you suggest that we get and why?
