Technical Rescue Powerpoint

I am looking at putting together a powerpoint on technical rescue. This will be shown to the department, as well as city council, at the first mtg. of the year. I want to use it to gain interest from our dept. on our newly established technical rescue team, as well as gain support of the city council personnel. I also want it to drive home the seriousness of this, as well as the dedication required to maintain skills, as well as liabilities tied to negligence in training and preparing. I want it to include topics such as: What is Technical Rescue? The need for advanced training. The benefit of "expensive" reputable training. Etc. Does anyone have any suggestions, or know of someone who has put together such a powerpoint?

Don't miss the opportunity to educate them about the requirements for confined space entry, and the necessity of having a rescue team available during confined space activities to meet OSHA requirements. I'd be willing to bet that there are a ton of illegal confined space entries that go on in your city without knowledge of the applicable OSHA regulations, and without a rescue team available (then, while they're pondering that, ask them how often their own city employees enter confined spaces without a rescue team available...Can you say liability?);)
