Default Rescue Team Competition

We are forming a rescue team for competition at the state level. Can any one help me cover all the bases in forming the team, i.e., team structure, SOG's, Protocols, equipment, training ideas and so forth. Any help will greatly appreciated.

START WITH THE BASICS, HANDTOOLS, ROPES AND KNOTS, HAULING SYSTEMS. YOUR TEAM NEEDS STRUCTURE, INTACT ICS TO FOLLOW. WORK OUTSIDE OF THE BOX FOR USES OF TOOLS. PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE!!!!! TRY TO ATTEND A COMPETITON PRIOR TO PARTICIPATING TO SEE HOW IT WORKS. YOUR GROUP NEEDS TO BE HIGHLY DEDICATED AND WORK TOGETHER.
