Train derailments: rescuing the crew

I am interested in receiving information and protocols of different responders and departments as to the protocols utilized in providing emergency care/extrication of the crews in train derailment scenarios.
I am researching this topic and finding it quite difficult to find information. Any help, advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,
