Question Train car extrication

Where is quality training available detailing extrication of people from train cars? Who provides it, and what is the cost?

The only current training on passenger train resuce is conducted by Texas A&M at the Extension Service Fire School. As far as I know, and according to the school, this is the school of its type in the US. The class lasts for one week. They have several types of cars from Amtrak trains on the training grounds that provide the most realistic training enviroment to challenge even experienced rescue personnel.
