Unhappy AFS Smokejumper killed

An Alaska Fire Service smokejumper was killed yesterday on a training jump at Fort Wainwright, Alaska. They haven't released the name yet.

Unoffically:
Jumper was in his 3rd year of jumping and was killed when both main and reserve chutes.
From what could be determined, jumper had correctly pulled all rip-cords, but chutes still failed to deploy.
I have a name, but waiting for offical release..
Thought and Prayers go out to the Jumpers Family, Crew, and Community..

"Update"
