Question 1990 double fatal accident

Can anyone remember the Waterbury, Mass. accident where 2 firefighters were killed in an accident on a run. The Hahn pumper hit a tree when the brakes failed. I am trying to get a copy of the Firehouse magazine article to present at an arbitration hearing about in service/out of service criteria for emergency vehicles. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I can be reached by email at: racerracer@buckeye-express.com
Thanks in advance, Sentech
