hello all,
My name is Nick Segina. I am with the Quincy Twnshp. Vol.FD in Wisconsin. We are in a rual farm county. We have about 12 active members and many that just show up for the food. We would like to start a "reserve" for those that want to help but do not want to be real active.

I am looking for a set of bylaws, policy, or any help and information that could asist me in compleating this task.

we recently just revamped our aux program because the members stopped showing up and it fell by the wayside. my wife is currently copying the bylaws into MS WORD from the loose leaf binder of bylaws that we found so that we can start going over and retooling them. email me at
