Default Tornado Marshall County

I am a voleunteer in Marshall County Kentucky and i was working the tornado damage that hit on November 15. There was a lot of damage and devestation and a lot of the damage was in our district. We had a lot of help from neighboring districts and i would just like to thank everyone.

What I was wondering is if anyone has any ideas about how to handle radio contact when there about 80 firemen/ems working on a large scale opperation. People were all over the repeater trying to talk about nothing that was truely important.
