Default 24 hr shift pm-pm

many departments out there that do a 24 shifts. they begin their shifts in the am and get off the next am. I was wondering if any deptments begin their shifts in the pm and end in the pm, 24 hrs. A bunch of us were trying to think of pros and cons with going in 730 pm and get off 730 the next pm.
If anyone has any suggestions or comments, that would be helpfull.
We were thinking it would be more of a "NORMAL" sleep cycle. Also those with kids would be able to have supper every night, a little early or late.
