About LinkBacksJust wondering if you guys had any suggestions on how to best answer personality trait questions on written exams. Most of these types of questions that I'm talking about give you a situation and then have the answer choices of:
strongly agree
agree
don't know
disagree
strongly disagree
Should you just answer strongly agree or strongly disagree on all personality trait questions? Your thoughts?
