Hey guys, I applied to Abingdon Volunteer and will hopefully be voted on the crew in may, and was wondering about the class, how many months (2 days a week) does this class usually take. Also, I'm in a special situation as I'm a college student and figured that while I was at school, i'd join the volunteer fire company there and continue with my FF1 so that I could get on the fires asap. You guys think this is a good idea? anything else I should try to knock out while in school? Thanks.
