Entrance Physical

I recently got offered a conditional offer of employment from a career Dept. in my area. I passed the polygraph and psych test already. My Chief called today and said I needed to schedule an entrance physical and that the test itself takes about half a day. Does anyone know what all these tests include that would take up to a half a day???

Depends on the dept....at our dept's physical I remember:

Vision exam
Hearing exam in isolation booth
Normal physical exam
EKG
Blood draw
Urinalysis
Chest X-ray
Stress test (on the treadmill)
Lung capacity
Immunizations (if needed)

Took a few hours....your dept might have more.
