Does it effect moving ff's and co's to different shifts? How does having guys at a slow station for years verses guys at a busy station play out in their firefighting ability? Running more calls seems to be more OJT than sitting around complaining about policies and sog's. Anyone have any comments that might be helpful. Thanks
