Our Tanker was delivered today. It was funded by a 2007 AFG. Deep South built it on a International 7400 tandem chassis. It has a 3,000 gal stainless tank, dump tank, 2 pre-connects, 3 Newton electric dump valves, and a 500 gpm Darley PTO driven pump.

Very Nice looking truck ! What does it have for engine & transmission? What was the timeline from order to delivery? Cost?
Thanks

Engine DT-570, also called Maxforce 9
Transmission Allison Automatic
Ordered November 19, Delivered May 3
Cost $158,000
Delivery was delayed due to a Navistar strike last fall. I believe that it lasted seven weeks. Delivery was quite a bit earlier than the contract due date and also much soon than expected.

Thank you!
Isn't it nice to see some companies can still deliver a quality product before the contract deadline and at a reasonable price. If that truck had a different oval on the hood it would have been way over 200k. We are in the market for a new tanker and your truck seems to be similar to what we have been building specs for.

How's this for a timeline...
We awarded our bid for our new tanker on March 15th and took delivery of it 5 weeks later.......it helped that we bought the chassis off the lot. Still, never would've thought it could get done that fast.
3600 gallon tank
300gpm waterous with PTO..
Sterling Chassis
Awesome truck!

Looks like a well designed vehicle. I like the hydraulic lift for the portable tank, should come in real handy when deploying the tank. Good luck with the vehicle.
