Hi all, I am looking for a bit of information on going incorporated versus staying part of a municipality.

We have been choked down by our City Government for years both in budget, staffing and every ounce of red tape that can be found in a government. I volunteer at this department and am paid at an Incorporated department. The benefits seem to far outweigh the down side but I would like to hear some opinions from those with experience in such matters.
