Hello,
My name is Mitch and I have been volunteering with a small community fire department for approx. 1 Year. I Have recently been put in charge of trainning and I have really no knowledge of structure fire fighting per say. I do have seven years experience as a wildland fire fighter, but that is a completely different world. I have done some scouring of resources online but I have not been able to get some of the basic information that I am looking for. I really am looking for the simpel stuff as it relates to tactics and strategies as I am trying to develope some simple SOP's for a volunteer department. We need to start with the fundamentals! Any direction or ideas towards those resources would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
