    Talking First time winner???

    We just got a call found our 1199 a form!! now what to do with that form?? I was just told what to do on the phone but I already forgot!! Some help please

    You should get an email. Additionally, if you log into the portal you will find instructions there. Essentially, you take the 1199, verify your information; make sure the account number and routing number are right. Then take it to the bank where the make sure it is right and sign it. You then fax it to the grant folks
