    Default ICS 208 Form

    Does anyone know where I can download a copy of the ICS 208 HM, Site Safety & Control Plan, in Microsoft Word (.doc) format?

    Most of the usual suspects (FireScope, EMAC, NIMSOnline) only have it in Pdf format.

    So figuring everything is available on the net, I finally got what you needed. I found www.zamzar.com, this is a free online pdf to word converter. Upload the file and they email it back as a word file. So I converted it. But, good old FH mad me split ip up by page since the file was a wopping 172kb.
